Refund Policy

Our Commitment

ReadSignal offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We want you to be confident that the Service works for you before paying anything. If you subscribe and are not satisfied, we handle refund requests fairly and without bureaucracy.

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. No payment information is collected during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account is paused automatically and you are not charged.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you subscribe on a monthly plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid period, contact us at hello@tryreadsignal.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After the initial 7-day window on a monthly plan, refunds are not issued for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges — you will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Annual Subscriptions

If you subscribe on an annual plan and request a refund within 14 days of payment, we will issue a full refund.

After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable in full, but we will consider pro-rata refunds for the unused portion on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

Service Disruptions

If ReadSignal experiences an extended outage or fails to deliver digests for a period longer than 2 consecutive weeks through no fault of your own, you are entitled to a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period. Contact us to request this.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@tryreadsignal.com with the subject line “Refund request” and include the email address on your account. We aim to respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. If you also want a refund, please request it explicitly as described above.
