Your Competitors Are Announcing Their Next Move — You're Just Not Reading the Signal

Stay ahead of your top 5 rivals — job postings, pricing changes, and company moves, summarised in a clear 4-minute brief every Monday.

No logins. No dashboards. No noise.

No credit card required. Cancel any time.

Automatic monitoring

We scrape blogs, pricing pages, homepages, and changelogs every week — you never have to remember to check.

AI-powered summaries

Claude reads the raw content and writes a specific, plain-English summary of what actually changed. No noise, no guesswork.

Monday morning delivery

Every Monday at 8am UTC your digest lands in your inbox. Start the week informed, not surprised.

The Problem

You know you should be watching your competition.

You checked their pricing page once. You meant to set up a spreadsheet. You bookmarked their blog. None of it became a habit, because habits require triggers — and “check on competitors” never makes the Monday list.

“By the time I noticed they'd changed their pricing, three prospects had already used it against us.”

Meanwhile a competitor just launched a new feature. Another quietly dropped their price on a Friday. You won't find out until it costs you a deal.

Google AlertsRaw links with zero interpretation. Inbox fills with noise. Abandoned in week two by almost everyone.
Manual checking25 minutes clicking through five websites looking for something that changed. Tab closed. Nothing confirmed.
Enterprise CI toolsCrayon, Klue — $500–$1,500/mo built for large teams. Not for a founder who just needs to stay informed.
The Notion competitor docUpdated twice, then forgotten. Last entry: three months ago.

The Solution

Intelligence that arrives. Not a tool you have to remember to open.

ReadSignal tracks the 5 companies you're watching and sends a concise Monday briefing. You read it in four minutes. You know what you didn't know before.

Why this works

The gap in the market is real.

No tool under €50/month does this cleanly for website intelligence. Here's why ReadSignal exists.

The Gap

Crayon and Klue track competitors but entry price is $500–$1,500/mo, built for procurement teams. Manual checking doesn't scale. Google Alerts doesn't interpret. Nothing fills the middle.

The Method

Firecrawl handles JS-heavy sites others miss. Claude reads the raw content and writes specific summaries — naming actual blog post titles, quoting actual pricing numbers. Not a keyword match.

The Insight

"By the time I noticed they'd changed pricing, the customer had already used it" — a consistent pattern across founder communities. This isn't a manufactured need.

The Promise

7 days free, no card. If you don't find a single thing you didn't know before, cancel and pay nothing. We'd rather have 50 users who act on every digest than 500 who ignore it.

What the AI actually catches

Examples of real signals ReadSignal surfaces every week:

Competitor published 3 new blog postsTitles, angles, and what positioning they're pushing this week — before your sales team is asked about it.
Pricing page changed on a Friday afternoonTwo tiers collapsed to one. New enterprise CTA added. Caught before Monday's sales calls.
Homepage headline rewrittenMessaging shifted from "for developers" to "for teams" — a clear signal of an upmarket move.

ReadSignal uses Firecrawl to scrape each competitor's blog, pricing page, homepage, and changelog every week. Firecrawl renders JavaScript-heavy sites that regular scrapers miss. The raw content is then passed to Claude, which compares it against previous snapshots and writes a plain-English summary of what actually changed.

Anything material: a new blog post published, a pricing tier renamed or repriced, a feature added to a plan, homepage hero copy rewritten, a new changelog entry. We filter out minor things like date formatting and ads — you'll only see changes worth knowing about.

Every Monday at 08:00 UTC, your digest is generated and emailed. You can also trigger a manual digest from the dashboard at any time — useful when a competitor makes a big move mid-week and you don't want to wait.

The current plan supports up to 5 competitors. You can add, remove, or swap them any time from your dashboard — so if a new competitor enters the market, just swap one out.

ReadSignal monitors whichever pages exist. If a competitor has no changelog, we skip that signal and focus on blog, pricing, and homepage. The digest will note if a page returned no meaningful changes.

No. The 7-day trial is completely free with no card required. You'll only be asked for payment details if you decide to continue after the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you'll never be charged.

If you do nothing, your account pauses — you won't be charged and monitoring stops. To continue, you subscribe at €19/month. There's no lock-in and you can cancel from your account page at any time.

Google Alerts sends raw links whenever your keyword appears anywhere on the web. It doesn't distinguish between a meaningful pricing change and a forum comment. ReadSignal tracks specific pages for your chosen competitors and produces a structured, interpreted digest — not a firehose of links.
