By creating an account or using ReadSignal (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on a free trial and paid subscribers.
ReadSignal is a competitive intelligence service that monitors publicly accessible competitor websites and delivers a weekly AI-generated summary by email. The Service monitors up to 5 competitor domains per account and scrapes publicly available pages including homepages, pricing pages, blogs, changelogs, careers pages, and comparison pages.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@tryreadsignal.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused and monitoring will stop. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe.
Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly (€39/month) or annually (€390/year) depending on the plan selected at checkout. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added depending on your location.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
ReadSignal and its underlying technology, design, and branding are owned by the operator of this Service. The AI-generated digest content delivered to you is licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may share digest excerpts internally within your organisation but may not republish or commercialise them.
Content scraped from third-party websites remains the intellectual property of those websites. ReadSignal does not claim ownership of any scraped content.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that digests will be delivered at a specific time, that all website changes will be detected, or that the AI-generated summaries will be accurate, complete, or free of errors. Competitive intelligence outputs should be independently verified before being used for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReadSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@tryreadsignal.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
